New Construction (3347 NE 202nd Street, Lake Forest Park)
I’m happy to report that construction on this home is now wrapping up. Most of the interior is now finished and final painting of the trim is scheduled for this upcoming week. The home has turned out better than expected with a total livable area of 2,507 square feet. It includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a great room, and a bonus room in the basement.
